Best CBD Shop in the Charlotte area! Not only are the owners super friendly but they know their stuff! They are very selective of the products they carry and take the time to talk with each customer about what their wants /needs are so they can suggest the best products for you! I've tried many different products and have no had a single bad experience. If this still doesn't have you convinced, they also have the sweetest and cutest shop dog!

This is now top of my list for CBD gummies and edibles. The price is fair, the quality is amazing and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is unique and very calming as well. I highly suggest the 25mg cherry delicious and the chocolate chip cookie (both delta 8).

Liked the place at first.. then realized we were sold the wrong thing.
Then I was told that there was a mix up with labels!!!
We specifically asked for orange fuel d8, and instead got the CBD VERSION
When I brought this to the company’s attention, at first they said that they would swap out my product for the right one! Then they started saying that what I had was actually in fact d8 and that there was a labeling issue!!
But as a D8 and CBD consumer, I know the difference!!
And trust me what I got is CBD. I don’t like being lied to or taken advantage of.
At first I was very pleased because they were trying to fix my issue, now I just feel like I’m being played!
In my opinion the staff that work there have no clue what they’re doing, and are very unprofessional! If someone’s asking for a specific product it is your job to ensure that you were giving them that specific product!
It is also your job to be very knowledgeable about every product that is in the store!
And if a customer has a complaint and they’re asking for you to fix the problem you should follow through with your word!

What a freakin waste of my time. Hours posted on Yelp show a closing of 9pm so I drove 30min because Kanna looked good. On the drive I’m planning my purchases in my head, I’m excited, no grateful that I can relax my brain. I pull in at 8:32pm, put on my mask and…the door is locked. Eventually an employee came to the door who shared my disappointment when I told him what happen.
Here’s the zinger. I sacrificed time with my family to drive to Kanna and since by the time I would have arrived at another shop they would be closed. Thanks for wasting what little time I have left with my family. I get that COVID made thing hard on you all too but fix your hours across all platforms. Is it really that hard?!
