I am so glad I walked in the door. The whole staff was friendly right as I walked in till the second I left. Jennifer was very helpful in helping chose products from their selection,talking me through their favorites. I look forward to coming back.

This is such an amazing shop! Ryan and Joe were so professional and knowledgeable. I was a little overwhelmed (in a good way) when i walked in because there are so many exciting products to see. They have a high quality piece to fit everyone’s budget and the staff are incredible and make you feel comfortable and don’t mind taking the time to inform and educate their customers without seeming “fake”. I will absolutely be coming back!!

The prices are awesome. Also a young lady named, Daija has OUTSTANDING customer service. She was such a big help! I plan to visit again...

Today was the 2nd time I visited One Love Smoke shop and both times I have had the honor of being helped by Delven. He is very welcoming, full of knowledge about the products, incredibly informative giving great advice & suggestions, patience, well spoken and you can tell he simply takes pride in what he does. Delven is the definition of great customer service. I am very happy with the quality and prices of the products I have purchased as well. Looking forward to visiting again!

I went in for a coil for my pen. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store is set up nicely. They carry a range of products from different brands. The coil was cheaper than I expected and the other products seemed to be priced well too. Overall I recommend this shop.

No Love Smoke shop. Purchased a battery 5 days ago. It worked one time then stoped functioning completely. Brought it in, associated tested it and confirmed it was broken but the boss ‘Josh’ confirmed that they weren’t responsible and wouldn’t offer a refund or exchange. These guys are shady and don’t stand behind their product.

Bought an expensive zippo lighter that was in a case only accessible by employees - the employee grabbed the one I picked and rang me up. Right after leaving the store I try to use the lighter and it's not working. I go in and ask for a swap, they say "all sales are final". I said you sold me a defective product I'm not just exchanging or returning for preference. Her answer was it's on the customer to make sure products work before leaving the store and would neither give me my money back or exchange for a lighter that works. Selling a defective item and not offering an exchange or refund isn't even bad customer service, it's theft. Go here at your own risk.

I was just here a few days ago with my gf and I literally can not stop thinking about how awesome this place was. The selection of items was absolutely insane. It was a little overwhelming at first because we wanted to go through and literally look at (as well as buy) everything! Thankfully, Joe and Ryan were able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Both of these guys are soooo knowledgeable about literally everything in the store. It was to the point where Ryan literally had a piece of trivia for every single section, it was so cool. I can’t thank these guys enough for all of their help and for just being such down to earth and amazing people. Will def be back!!!!

I shopped at Northlake all the time and always got my shoes from the Journeys Chey worked at, walked in this morning to this store and there she was! Wonderful experience and happy to see a familiar face at my regular vape shop!

This was My very first time ever coming to this shop and I can honestly say it didn't disappoint at all. Me amd my boyfriend spent about 2 hours in here talking to the staff and hanging out. They answered every question I had with knowledge and even helped me. Make the best choices for my budget and I haven't been disappointed with my products I bought from here. Honestly cant wait to go back. So clean and neat in this store as well. I give this place 2 thumbs up :)
