I must say the employees at the Gastonia location (have not been to any of the other locations) are so awesome it makes going there a treat. Always helpful, always upbeat and very knowledgeable about all of their products. Good customer service is hard to find these days but the Gastonia Buddha’s has it.

They are ok, but not great. The 2 people who worked there were very young and not very knowledgeable about anything I asked. I felt very uncomfortable buying things of this nature from people who are so young. The biggest drawback were the prices. It's probably the most expensive store I've been to in my local area. It's like when a drug dealer raises prices just because they can. They are that kind of store. So many stems in their joints and it was such a bad taste. Their glass is nothing special but the prices are jacked up. I'd say go support some other local shops and pass this one up. All around, it's not a good feel for a stoner in that place.

Such a positive experience I had at this place! I brought my mom in for a great explaination of vaping and CBD from professionals and boy did I luck up walking into this place! Everyone is VERY knowledgeable and pleasant, Leo really hooked us up with great a great vape for my mom and the strains they suggested have been great. Once again I’m glad I found this place! I wish I could give them 10 stars since they have sage and other mystical items.

I love my incense burner from Buddha's. It's definitely gotten use and I've only had it two weeks. While I was in there shopping for their Full Moon Sale, I enjoyed chatting with their darling staff. They really do make you feel at home & they let you take your time to look around...it's a lot to take in. They have tons of wonderful things for all your spiritual needs!🛸❤️🔥

Man, when I walked in I was greeted by every employee with a bright attitude and cheerful tone. I just moved into the state and started working about a week ago. My card was declined like 3 times... talk about embarrassing. 😳 The employee (I’m so sad I didn’t catch his name; when I go back to make this right I’ll update this with his name) made a swift move around the counted and paid for my stuff.... it’s Easter Sunday.. These guys really really care. And hold no judgement. 100/10 will be back.

Absolutely perfect staff, great quality items and great inventory. I was very impressed with the help we received today. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back! This is one of the coolest shops in the Gastonia area. It literally has something for everyone. The staff is phenomenal and the manager, Patrick, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products he carries in his store and goes out of his way to make every customer feel valued. I can tell that the employees love coming to work and that they're all passionate about their jobs. Love this store!

Amazing customer service along with awesome products everything I wanted and more, was even a bit overwhelming but the guy who helped me (wish I remembered his name) patiently and thoroughly walked me through all my questions. Would give more than 5 stars if possible!
