I AM THE HIGHWAY
My Son and I visited the store for the first time today. 2~13~18. We were helped by BECKAH. She was very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything I was curious about. And I asked a lot of questions. The shop was very clean and smelled really nice without the normal over the top incense smell of other shops. I will definitely go back.

Multiple times I have visited this location and have had multiple of the employees help me over time. They have all been so sweet and delightful. I have never had a problem with any of them. But never have I ever met someone as awful as the manager. On several visits I have heard him tell employees to kill/hurt themselves in a non joking fashion. All of the employees I have asked about it say that it is normal for him. I do not believe this is how you should treat the people working for you. This is a disgusting way to run your business and I will certainly not be returning to this location until there is a talk with the manager to respect his workers, especially in front of customers. I am shocked more people have not been talking about this since he seems to so openly treat them like trash.

I feel I must edit my review after finding out my real issue with the product that I had previously called in to question... Turns out that the problem wasn't with the device at all, but rather the customer service and the lack of care and knowledge by the staff! It didn't need to be exchanged or returned, it only needed troubleshooting. Those that say the staff is friendly and knowledgeable obviously didn't interact with the one I did this morning, she wasn't willing to help troubleshoot what I know now as a known issue with the device, or even offer to get me any help in doing so other than telling me to contact the manufacture of the product.

This is absolutely my favorite shop and it’s one of the very few great things in Gastonia. Everyone is so kind and patient and helpful. I’ve bought everything from your standard tips, papers, and wraps to vape batteries, glass hand pipes (like MAV), a gorgeous water pipe, and concentrate rigs and nails, and cleaning solutions. We’ve even gotten a free MAV steamroller in a beautiful peach color for FREE because of the points program here! This is so much more than just a smoke shop. Being in there feels so comforting. I absolutely love it here.
