Always has what I am shopping for in stock, very knowledgeable, very accommodating and super patient when I ask dumb questions, there's cheaper places but this place has been super consisted for over 10 years in my experience

I have been a loyal customer at Misty Mountain Vapors for a couple of years. They have a wonderful, down to earth, very knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They also provide a wide range of items to choose from. Overall a really wonderful place. I will not be going to any other vape store as long as they are around. ❣

Great place, decent prices. They have one flavor there I like as my every day, so I'm a captive audience. You can save money by ordering things online, but this is a local business, and I try to support those. Staff is very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and never pushy.

Upon entering the store, I immediately found distaste for the atmosphere. The store was poorly designed in terms of aesthetics and had a rather simple layout with very little furnishing. Two employees were working the store at the time I had entered. Employee A, I will refer to him as "A", had just finished up with a customer and appeared to be rather enthusiastic about it. After A finished with that customer, *I* initiated my visit by proclaiming that I was in the market for some e-liquid. He was certainly interested in selling some e-liquid and took me through the run of things. A suggested several liquids that I might enjoy and I certainly did enjoy a few. This store boasts an ample selection of e-juices that, for the good majority of what I tasted, tasted satisfactory. I did not purchase any juices for the prices were the same as any other store in the area, 22$ per 30ml. I believe there is a 5% off welcome bonus, I am unsure however. What earns this store 2 stars is ultimately the inability of the employees to multitask. There were 3 customers in the room including me, one of the customers may not have even been a customer for all I know. Employee B took care of a "customer" that was interested in hardware as Employee A gave his attention to the other customer and myself. The other customer tried juices as I did and for that part, A did his job to a satisfactory level. Once the customer had finished his browsing and was ready to check out, A had his full with checking that customer at. Employee B stood around and did nothing to assist me in endeavors to purchase e-liquid. B had been speaking to the customer mentioned earlier browsing hardware upon entering the store; however, there conversation fizzled out and stopped for a period of time as I was browsing liquid. This was all before the other e-liquid browser decided to check out. B could have performed her job to a standard level and tended me as A was busy but chose not to. I waited for around 5 minutes and A still was not done checking out the customer for what ever reason. I refuse to call down a shop keep to attend me so I gave a departing statement to A who could not have cared less and took my leave from the store. I would not recommend this store to friends given my personal experience. If any store does not demand their employees to perform their jobs at an adequate level, the store should reconsider their values. I'd prefer to give the store 2.5 stars; however, that is not an option.

What are you doing here in NC!? I'm from California and I looked at their prices and you've got to be kidding me! I can get a 60 ml for under $20 where I'm from. This place is overpriced. Why? What's the justification. I think I'll just order online. And it's sad too, because this would have been my go to neighborhood vape shop. If they're trying to pick up new business, they've lost mine before I've even walked in the door! They might be the only one in my location, but forget it.

I normally don't take the time to write online reviews, but I just had to say that these guys are awesome. I've been a regular customer for a while now, and lately I've been having problems with my e-cig (atomizers burning up really fast). After they replaced some defective atomizers for free, twice, the problem was still occurring, so they decided to go ahead and replace my tank AND throw in another pack of atomizers for free. That is some excellent customer service. Can't thank them enough.

I've been ordering online from these guys since I moved to Raleigh, and have had great experiences so far. Shipping is quick, and they even put a recommendation note in one of my packages. I use the Fireball flavor, which is apparently bad for atomizers. They were kind enough to put a note in one of my shipments explaining this, and offering the ProTank instead. It's slightly more expensive, but works much better than any other clearomizer. Definitely recommended!

Great experience for the first time. Natalie worked with me this morning and was very thorough in explaining everything. For a Sunday, they seemed pretty busy for being 11am which is a true testament of their Customer Service. For being busy, they have plenty of staff and I was greeted and attended to promptly. Again, Thank you for the help Natalie and look forward to the continued business.

I've been to many stores in the area and around the state but Misty Mountain always gets my business. They have the best selection of authentic vaping supplies. I've read a few reviews of people complaining of the prices but those lesser priced kits are clones and most are junk if not all of them. Some have even said the staff were not friendly, I've never gotten that from any of the staff even when you could tell they were having a bad day. And to the person who said the people were vaping in the store around you I think you just need to get a life and stop complaining it's a vape shop not a convenience store!!!
