Misty Mountain Vapors CBD & Delta 8

Second time I’m posting my review, mysteriously my first review disappeared! This place is overpriced and they don’t care if yo tell them. My brand is $5 more for 60ml vs 30, and they told me the company sets the price, imagine that. Some one you order from telling you what you are going to set your own prices at..... BS

I wanted to quit smoking and I heard about this place from a friend so I decided to stop in. I'm glad I went in because I was able to try out all the stuff and have someone explain everything to me as a newbie to vaping. That said, I will never be back ONLY because their prices are over twice those of almost anywhere else on the internet.

They take advantage of the fact that most people are not looking online for deals and there are not many vape shops in this area. What I paid for one EVOD tank, battery, and charger, I could have gotten twice as much online for less money. They have the nerve to charge $50 for a starter kit that includes one EVOD and $80 for a a kit that includes two. I realize that these stores have to make a profit but this kind of markup is ridiculous. Go on their website and look at the price for a starter kit then go to any other website and look at the price for theirs. And the price of their ejuices is also ridiculous. There are much, MUCH better deals to be had online.

The staff is really nice and helpful though.

Go here if you want to get your feet wet with vaping then purchase online from then on. They are way too expensive to ever get any of my business again.

Have been a customer since the only location was the fairgrounds flea market. Was patient when the price of my liquids went from ~7 bux for a 30 ml bottle 24mg/ml Dekang to almost 15 bux. Was patient with the new storefronts my wife wouldnt enter because the vapor was so thick you could swim in it. Kept telling myself the good support was worth it...

That changed about a month ago when my MVP4.0 started acting like the battery was dead... even though two hits ago it showed full. Walked into the westgate store < 2months after puchasing, was told to contact the manufacture as Misty Mountain does not handle returns.??? The vendor has a 90 day return policy. They were nice about it.. but whats the point of me buying this locally at marked up rates....

Anyways I left with original receipt and contacted the vendor. The vendor asked me for videos of the behavior, copy of my receipt , if i dropped it... etc.. etc.. only to then finally instruct me to ship it to them at my cost... If they deemed it defective I would get a replacement in several weeks... but i still eat the shipping... They stated it would be better if I returned it to the authorized distributor I purchased it from...

The only problem with that is Misty Mountain according to the vendor is not an authorized distributor.

Getting nowhere fast with the vendor I emailed Misty Mountain about the situation... its been weeks and no response... meanwhile a new vape shop opened up on leesville road called Top Cigar and Vape.
These guya were top notch... bought a new unit, vendor / model of Smok.. These guys guaranteed me if I had problems with the unit within 90 days to bring it to them and they will hand me a replacement...

I am now puchasing the same vape juice for 1/2 price... 7.99 vs 14.99
My wife can enter the store and breath ...

Any time someone asks me about my e-cig, or vaping comes up in conversation, I inevitably bring up Misty Mountain Vapors. The store is big enough to have a great variety of e-cigs and juices, but small enough to make you feel like you're welcome to hang out and shoot the breeze with the people that work there.

Speaking of the people who work there? You couldn't ask for a better group of folks. They are the perfect mix of knowledgeable and friendly. They really know their stuff, from recommending rigs based on your needs, to flavor suggestions when you're looking to try something new and different, or finding something to replace a juice you can't find or get anymore.

Seriously... if you're looking for a vape shot, stop in at Misty Mountain Vapors. You won't be disappointed, and you'll likely be pleasantly surprised!

This is, hands down, one of the best vape shops I've ever been in. The people there know what they're talking about and can come up with creative solutions on the fly. The proximity to the airport is also a huge plus for me. I cannot recommend their selection enough. If you vape in Raleigh, definitely take a look in to see what they have! Or if you're trying to quit smoking in Raleigh, go in. They have a great selection of flavors and you can surely find something to suit you!

Seriously. Love this place.

The staff is TOP rated. They have always given me straight answers on all my questions. Helpful advice on my vaping needs and saved me money on equipment that I did not need. If you are in to vaping, I strongly suggest that you visit Misty Mountain Vapor. They won't steer you wrong.

I had a fantastic shopping experience here. After being frustrated with my current vape which I purchased online, Natalie took all of my desires, walked me through their products and made excellent selections. Then she took me through a lot of tasting of juices, really taking the time to hone in on my preferences while making suggestions. Thank you Natalie! I am so happy with my vaping experience now!

Me and my gf had a great experience here the other day. The staff was extremely helpful with tips and info. Neither of us really knew too much about the different hardware and liquids, all we knew was that we wanted to start vaping. We spent a good hour with one of the gentlemen there as he explaned everything to us and pointed us to the right e-cig (not the most expensive one), also he showed us how to use it properly. He also gave is some very useful advice on which liquid to get as noobies. After having been to this establishment I find it hard to beleive the negative review at the top, these guys are way to passionate about vaping to treat a customer that way.

The guys there great. They tried so hard to help fix my E-Cig. When I needed new coils the first set did not work for me and they swapped out for a different brand and threw in an extra. Perfect service. Very clean.

They had the coils I needed, but were not very good at helping me get the correct nicotine strength, they had suggested way to high and I was to much of a novice to know better. Luckily I found a good shop that actually knew what they were talking about.
