What a disappointment this place turned out to be. I've made a couple of prior kratom purchases here with no problems, but when I wanted to make a purchase today, they refused to sell me kratom because I would not allow them to copy the information from my drivers license. Is this a new state law? I don't like giving out my personal, identifying information.
That's okay, though, thanks guys for giving me the impetus to kick the kratom habit and save the money. Your snotty employees just cost you a customer.

It's clear this place is here to help people and making money is just a by-product for them. I couldn't be more satisfied right now. Not only is the quality way better but they also were way cheaper. I went into the store looking for some CBD oil capsules to try. I spoke with the workers, told them I had tried a sample of another brand and was looking for something similar. After a discussion about what effects I was looking for, they recommended a rather pricey product and talked me into buying two bottles. After two days it was obvious what they had sold me wasn't working the way I needed. It made me so tired, I couldn't stay awake, made my brain foggy, made me dizzy and nauseous. The opposite of the calm, unstressed but alert feeling I had told them I was looking for. I tried to return the unopened bottle, still quality sealed in plastic, and complained about the effects. They were extremely unapologetic and wouldn't even offer me store credit or an exchange. I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

Lotus Botanicals is the only kratom shop that I will go to. And I've tried a bunch, at least all the ones in my area and the surrounding areas, and nothing compared to Lotus. Their price and quality is hands down the best. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!
