horrible customer service! their so called kratom is just dirt from the jungle. they could not provide any lab testing to show their products were safe(heavy metal and salmonella free) anyone with a Facebook account can get the same kratom they do, but without the upcharge. generic kratom with generic packaging tells you how much they actually care about their products and business. all they want is to make a quick buck while they can before someone with quality kratom pushes them out of the market. I travel quite a bit in the southern part of the USA and I can tell you this is the worse retail location I have visited. save your money and find a quality product elsewhere.
