Bought a vape on black Friday, and it burnt that night I was unable to make it on Saturday to try and do an exchange, and their policy is "no refund" my point is simply they couldn't switch out a vape that was burnt with a full tank of juice that you could clearly tell didn't even have a dent in the juice. I asked if he could call a manager and he said he couldn't or couldn't give out the number. People in this world are so messed up. I would be embarrassed to work at a place like this.
