Customer service matters. Rob knows his stuff and he’s a really nice guy. He remembers my name, he’s always smiling, and he always remembers my weed preferences. Rob is always in a good and when I walk into Kaleafa and he’s behind the counter I walk out in a good mood.
The store energy is great. It must have something to do with who is training the bud tenders because Don’s general happy disposition anytime i come in to buy genuinely makes me want to buy more than I came for. He makes me laugh and he really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to the different types of weed.
Thank you Kaleafa team! Keep serving our community with a smile. It really makes the experience super pleasant.

It needs to be said. The customer service at the Kaleafa Ashland store is TOP NOTCH. EVERYTIME I walk in I’m greeted by Rob or Don with a huge smile. Rob is super knowledgeable about all things marijuana and he always helps me make an informed decision. I always feel like I’ve made a wonderful purchase when Rob is on the case.
Don is super cool and super chill. His energy makes me feel warm and he always makes me feel welcome like he’s genuinely happy to see me. Don really knows his weed especially when it comes to flower.
With all the places to go and buy weed in Ashland Kaleafa is the only place I spend my money and that’s because The staff with a special shout-out to Don and Rob.

Kaleafa cannabis dispensary is the #1 dispensary in the Ashland and Southern Oregon area, and further beyond. My wife and I travel a lot to all different States, towns, and cities, and still kaleafa is the #1 with the greatest selection.
