As always my experience was exceptional! The staff have taken the time to get to know me personally and know my taste, so when a strain I love is sold out they know what to recommend for me that I will love the most! The staff here are knowledgeable and experienced and always provide an amazing time! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

This used to be my go to place when I lived in the area. Lately I have been left feeling very unsatisfied. First time back: I was helped after someone who came in after I had, so I ended waiting for a much longer period than I should have. Second time : they were busy and short on budtenders...I stood around waiting for a very long time in the back area. I asked about a chair being as I am disabled and cannot stand long periods of time on a broken leg. I felt extremely dismissed with their reason being that the effort to wipe it down is too great. Is it too much to ask to have a single chair with a handicap sign on it in the back for disabled persons? Not everyone who comes into the store is able bodied and there are still medical reasons for cannabis. I am extremely disappointed in what used to be one of my favorite places in town. I have since started going to a different place in town which has been much more accommodating to the disabled community, Including providing a separate disabled entrance with ramp and chairs if needed.

They have medical marijuana in a vape pen with cbd/thc. My doctor prescribed it for me and kindled has a large medical section. The store is very nice inside and the staff are very good to explain their products.

Great time every time I go in. Bud tenders are super nice and know their stuff. Highly recommend going in and when you do ask for Mac! He is my go to Bud tender and he can fill you in on a lot of questions you may have concerning product and or product usage. I enjoy the quality of the product as well it is amazing! Guess you’ll have to stop in and experience this great place for yourself.

Yesterday, I went into Kind Leaf needing a lot of help. My budtender was Chance and he was amazing! I was able to communicate what I was looking for and also asked a lot of questions. Chance took me all over the store to show me what Kind Leaf had to offer. On top of that, Chance was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable!
AND, remember to tip! I failed to do this yesterday, and I will tip DOUBLE next time I come in. But PLEASE remember to tip these wonderful folks!

Worst customer service I have ever received at a dispensary. The budtender was rude, condescending, and argumentative... which was bizarre! “Kind” leaf was more like hostile leaf. Do not recommend.

Very friendly! I called in a pick up order and got a call to let me know what was left was kinda shaky, he gave me some suggestions on what other strains I could get. Chance was my budtenders name and he gave me great suggestions I loved them! Keep up the good work Kind Leaf!

Beautiful store with a wide variety of products and accessories. Forrest provide excellent customer service and has a vast knowledge about strains. He answered all of my questions and guided me to choose the best product. I was impressed with the store, staff and merchandise. This is the only place to stop in Pendleton!
