Definitely our favorite dispensary in the pacific northwest! Mary is an encyclopedia of knowledge and by far the best budtender/employee we’ve ever met! Makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in and no question is ever too silly to ask. The store is extremely dog friendly, our pup loves getting spoiled with treats and pets. A must stop anytime we’re in the area and is the best we have ever been too in the states!

These girls are absolutely amazing. They always know how to help you and they're always there to listen even as just a customer. I would recommend this dispensary to literally anybody I know. I won't go to another one in the Dallas these girls will always have my business. Thank you lovely ladies for being so awesome.

I just went in there 5 minutes ago and I have to say I don't know why I didn't go there sooner!!! I was amazed with how much I had to choose from it's so hard to choose one thing when going in there. I didn't catch the girls name but she was very very nice and helpful. Plus they were doing a labor day discount I got me some fire dabs and I couldn't be happier thanks I will be going back there again

Be sure to keep your receipts. The disposable pen I bought had a defect. I feel like they could have exchanged it or atleast a discount. I lost out. I don't recommend this place. Carts are trash and customer service is terrible.
I purchased a defected disposable Rel cart. Cart was hard to hit the first time. And than I tried second time and nothing. I charged it and still didn't work. I took the cart back the very next day after work. A gentleman was assisting me and I was we explaining the problem. A girl from the back came to front and just said unfortunately if you don't have a receipt we can't help you. She was very rude about it. But I figured she was the owner since she didn't let the gentleman finish helping me. I understand that I didn't take my receipt and you can't see if I hit cart once or twice. Although the cart is clear and you obviously can see it was still full. I figured I might get a manager number to try and work something out. I would have even taken a small discount and bought another cart. But the girl made it clear she would not make it right because I didn't take the receipt. I am from Oklahoma and have NEVER ever had to RETURN a item to a dispensary. Your dispensary should not ask the customer if they want a receipt. Your items are defected, so you should automatically give every customer their receipt.
Columbia River Herbals, you were the first to disappoint me out of 5 states of dispensaries.

This place is priced decent, especially when you consider their products are top shelf. The staff is courteous, professional,and knowledgeable. I have been sold since the first encounter! They also have great deals on Tuesdays! I call it, Tightwad Tuesdays!

Best selection I've ever seen. I've been to every dispensary in Bend & Madras & NOT ONE compares to this store. They've got Plantae, Tokyo Starfish & many others beat by a lot. Prices are better pretty much what I'd expected, you won't feel ripped off.

I was really looking forward to Oregon weed. Purchased what was suppose to be their best. Could not believe how expensive it was. 50 bucks for an eighth ? Crazy. I have purchased 20 dollar eighth that were better in Washington. Went back the next day and complained was told too bad, so sad.
