I just visited Hippie and French yesterday on a recommendation from a friend. Critter was there... Thank gods!!! What an amazing human being! I walked in there with my mom, both clueless, just a vague idea of what we were looking for. Critter explained everything to us. So patient, kind and super knowledgeable. My mom woke up today refreshed and in zero back pain. This woman is in constant pain all day every day. But not today. Such a beautiful shop with good vibes and apparently some really awesome people as well! Highly recommend. Thank you again Critter!!

I am in my mid-60's, and have been suffering with intense osteoarthritis in my fingers. A regular regimen of CBP has made amazing improvements. My first purchase was in-store, and that was a total delight! Online ordering is so nice and easy, with fast delivery, lovely packaging. The whole process is lovely.

Phenomenal service, when the item I wanted wasn’t in stock, I got an immediate text with another suggestion and an offer for my money back. I highly recommend if you find yourself in this situation you let whomever you’re working with give you some options, because I ended up with a similar product and the amazing delta 8 caramels for the same price as the original.

I called to ask for an over the phone recommendation because I was in too much pain to visit the store on my own. I was so grateful for the questions asked and the time taken to listen to what I needed.
My partner was able to visit and simply pick up the item I'd requested because it was no problem to put it on hold.
Later that day, I was even asked how the product was working for me.
This is excellent customer service and I am very impressed. The cherry on top is that all of this was offered without hesitation during the covid Pandemic. Thank you for the opportunity to try this product (which works amazingly, by the way) and for the 5 star service!

Visited yesterday, 15 minutes before closing and was greeted and treated great! Critter gave us all the information we needed, very thorough and helpful. This Houston girl will definitely go back again even if it's just to see his outfit! Loved it!

We went in to get our very anxious dog CBD oil. The woman working was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took us through how much and how to administer it to our dog and what to look out for if it wasn't agreeing with her. This was our first time foraying into CBD and she was not pretentious in any way and did not make us feel bad for our questions. I predict we will be returning here for ourselves one day.

If you are thinking about giving CBD a try I would not hesitate to start here and if you are already familiar I would also certainly recommend it!!

Every time I go into Hippie & French is a 5-star experience. I’m in love with the welcoming and friendly atmosphere, some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, and have yet to be let down by a product. Especially the house brand Sleep Angels gummies - they have been a game changer for my sleep issues.
