I came across your business during a time of desperation due to my condition (a neuromuscular disease) getting worse… my treatments felt it wasn’t as effective as it has been and my medication was short lived in the essence of working for an hour tops if that. So out of a very challenging time (one of the many since I was diagnosed in 2018)… I nervously made that phone call and let me tell you…. Marsha is AMAZING!!! She took her time and listened to my medical challenges and was able to properly assist me in selecting a product that would be beneficial for me. She was patient and very empathetic and you can tell her empathy was genuine and more then just reeling in a customer. She spoke to me in a comforting way explaining anything that I had questions about to a point that eased my nerves, eliminated my doubts, and assured me that it's worth a shot. Due to my medical limitations, she worked with me and worked it out to where she provided outside services to get the product to me. I truly felt valued as customer with limitations. I will definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone interested in investing about route in bringing some type of healing or just being able to have more moments of normalcy living before the medical challenges.
