Love this place! Awesome vibe with all the art work. Zen is the man. He is very helpful if you aren’t sure what you want.

I walked in the door, and immediately felt welcomed and complimented on my tan😉.
During our 2 week stay, at South pines, we made two trips to check things out. I’ll be looking them up when I return next year! Thank you for the great help, service and gratitude you showed us!!

This is my go to place for vape juice and CBD! I love the family run atmosphere and they are extremely accommodating to my special requests. I wouldn't ship anywhere else! ❤️

The guy working (we didn’t catch his name and I hate that) was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We were from out of town, but he made us feel like regulars and right at home! We visited several other vape shops looking for a particular juice that cloud 9 was out of at the time, and none of them were as friendly, welcoming and informed as this one! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Great selection and excellent service. He is knowledgable about every product and able to make personal recommendations.

Bought a mod and some juice. Customer service was great when we bought the mod, however the situation quickly devolved from there. We made sure with the associate if any problems arose we would be able to come back and exchange the mod. On day 4, the mod started to die after a couple hits and restart. So, we went back and the associate that originally sold us the mod refused to help and claimed the mod “functions perfectly.” The associate mentioned that they “have no idea what these mods are supposed to do,” which begs the question: if you know absolutely nothing about a mod, then why is it being sold at your store? The associate also tested the mod themselves and said “yeah you’re right it is running low.” Yet, even after acknowledging an issue existed, the associate refused to help. The associate then told me to come back “in a couple days” to talk to the owner, which again makes no sense as this is a tourist destination and people come and go all the time. Unfortunately this associate was unwilling to help, rude, and dismissive of any issues. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience of Hilton Head. My business will be going to a different vape shop on this island.

Karma was great and got me taken care of quick and fast. She has all the coils I needed for 5 different tanks. Just great vibes and chill type of place. Very inviting I hope to be returning again soon.

They sell you vapes that no one else has a coils for. The instruction for the vape shows a 1.0Ω regular coil for the device. Yet when I asked for the replacement of said coil the blonde lady who sold me the device told me she never heard of it. So I find the booklet to bring it in. The site says 11:00 A.M. is when the store opens. I show up about 5 minutes until 11:00A.M. I waited until 5 after I could see the lady inside but she just didn't open. So now I'm wasting more time writing this review.

The owner is extremely nice. She’s very helpful with everything. The whole area has great vibes and is super chill. There’s a dog there who’s amazing and sweet. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Hilton Head.
