Poor Customer Service Defective Products

I'm giving two stars for the years of flawless service I received from this location, and I'm giving two stars because I was ripped off my last two visits.

This location was under different ownership (and name) when I first went. The exceptional service continued when it became Nirvana.

I purchased my first Freemax Gemm from this location, and all accessories/ liquid thereafter. When the mod perished (after years!) I went back for another kit. It charged once and died.

According to Nirvana's staff, I must have charged it wrong and if only I brought it back within a week they could have "done something." I informed them I charged it same as the last, and it WAS within a week. I was rewarded with a blank stare.

Oh well! The guy was solicitous enough, stuff happens, it was only $35, and these folks had earned some latitude. So I bought another entire kit.

This next kit didn't even charge ONCE. I brought it back the next day. The guy I was dealing with previously went and hid in the back. His colleague started with the same "must be your fault" song-and-dance. I walked out in the middle of his routine and haven't been back since. I was so disgusted I actually stopped vaping altogether (I couldn't see spending MORE money after flushing $70 down the toilet.)

Months later, I bought the same kit from a competitor after telling my tale of woe. They speculated the bad kits from Nirvana were counterfeit. Sure enough, this kit has been performing as well as the original for over a year.

Poor customer service Defective product Overpriced

Well... I've bought from here now on several different occasions. Everything needed for wax and a few pens. Nice convenience short ride however.... I bought a replacement wax pen/device since I dropped my old one and broke my glass so I needed another.

Here is where the problem starts. I pull up wait my turn and explain my problem. They don't carry any replacement glass parts rather you need to buy the whole thing. 49.99. Not a problem I understand supply right now.

I purchase the device and the guy plugs it I'm behind the counter and says yup it works. I never saw it work but took them for their word. He even told me "if it doesn't turn on let me know so we can see what we can do. Cool no stress, pack up get home and it doesn't. Figure the battery is dead so I plug it up and leave it on charge for a bit. It never came on.

I don't go back to the store over the weekend because I did have one at home that does work we just broke the glass so no need to bother them right off over it. I wait until tuesday 5.31.2022 because I figured they would be closed memorial day. They were not but no stress.

I also look up the price for the glass vile that is needed and find them for 4.99 vs the 49.99 the guy told me about.

I return today to simply exchange it and they say no.. can only do 10% off a new one. Well..I just bought it less than 3 days ago. Even if it did work I'd expect an exchange. Rather the guy working today states he will speak with manager and see what they can do.

I fully expect a refund or at min an exchange . We wait and see.

Poor Customer Service Unhelpful Staff

Stumbled across this shop as my old one started getting pricey and not having many essentials for me in stock. Great prices and customer service when dealing with who I think to be the owner. Any time I go in and purchase from the older guy with the long hair I leave feeling as if I was a nuisance or was bothering him. Whenever I’ve went in looking for help or guidance when I wanted to purchase a new product it almost seemed as if the older guy didn’t want to help me. His patience is very thin and although he seems to know the product he talks to you as if you are stupid and should know everything about vaping products. I love this shop but kind of avoid going there if I see that he is there. Please coach this guy on providing better customer service as a lot of us are going there looking for help or guidance to purchase new and unknown products that we cannot return for a refund.

Bad Customer Service Defective Product

My boyfriend and I went here to pick up a wax burning pen and we got it home and it was dead. Memorial day weekend so we didn't go back for 3 days. When we went back to get it replaced they told him the only thing they can do is take 10% off a $49 item.

So for $49 dollars the store here is screwing us out of a product that we bought. If we would have been smart we would have just bought the glass vial online which is 4.99 plus shipping. We would have been without for a few days but much better than dealing with this shop. They later contacted my S/O and told him if he pulls his rating of the shop down they would take 30% off a new product.

This is terrible customer service and I'll never recommend this place. At this point I'd rather order online from California and take my chances. They pay you 10% off for an online review of 5 stars so take the ratings you see with a grain of salt.

The only way to make this right and earn trust back is to replace the DEFECTIVE product for FREE.

Great Shop Responsible Friendly Staff Good Deals

Best shop in the area. Want a shop NOT filled with kids? A shop that cards you when you’re obviously old. This is that shop. This is not sarcastic in any way I am so glad they do this. So over the Charlotte shops full of kids buying Jull. This place is great, has awesome sales and great employees. That 420 sale was the best thing since sliced bread too.
