I am newer to vaping and there was not a question asked that Juan answered, that no matter how stupid I thought the question was, he did not treat it as such. Juan new details on the products very well and took the time to explain things in my language... I loved visiting with Juan while there and he never once tried to rush me out to get to the next customer. He took all the time needed to help me with a smile. I would definitely go back
