Super knowledgeable and friendly people here. Prices seem like they can be a little steep on some items but it’s a local small business so my advice is to know your dollars are staying near home and shrug it off, if you can afford it.
Update 1/2021 one of the owners or managers & Shelby were working when I stopped by today. Super friendly and so nice answering my questions honestly and thoroughly!! Got a fantastic incense and some awesome head info, Great people’s here all around all the time it seems!!

Visited the store to get educated on products that would benefit my health condition(s). I was greeted and assisted by Nick. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, kind and most of all patient. I had very many questions and I was also a bit skeptical. He was assertive and gentle - never pushing for a sale. While I've done some research on CBD, it was thanks to Nick that I decided to try the products. I purchased the cream for post surgery pain in a localized area, and also the tincture. The store is clean and well organized. I am a happy customer and will be returning. I had a great experience, as a customer, at this location! Thank you!!!

Let me start off by saying that this business and it's employees are truly amazing! I am a resident of North Carolina and have yet to find a place around here that shows the true compassion and knowledge that this place does. I have a 1 year old daughter with special needs who has struggled with many hardships since her birth and this company has helped me the whole way. Their exceptional knowledge has helped me find the right products to cater to my daughter's needs. I can happily say she has been seizure free for 3 months and this company has definitely played a HUGE part of that. Their shipping is prompt and quick, their employees are always helpful and kind and they always go above and beyond for me and my family.

Grass Roots Health is the best hemp store that I have walked into. The employees are all very educated on their products. Katrina was super friendly and helpful in helping me pick out the CBD product that I needed to help my dogs anxiety.

I love this place. It's such a wonderful store! The store is always extremely clean and has the best quality customer service I have experienced in the Chattanooga area. I love the variety of CBD tinctures they offer and they have the best choice of hemp in the city! They even work with local vendors which is amazing. I am not sure if the people that work here are uneducated on cbd products or if they are willing to say anything to obtain a sell, but my past couple times buying cbd products have been an absolute disappointment. I have tried their cbd gummies and cartridges and none of them had the result as the employees have promised me. It was not even close to how they described it to me. I will no longer be buying any cbd products from here.
I left a 2 star review because the glass pieces they have are nice and I like their $1 wraps but overall, I feel misled by their staff when buying CBD.

Hey everyone, I contacted them about issues I was having with anxiety, stress and insomnia and Katrina Smith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about cbd and the products that the store carried. She was able to help and suggest specific products for me to try. I was very, very impressed with the amount of time and care they put into helping. This is a great store with extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are so willing to help you and steer yiu in the right direction. Go visit their shop, call them or check them out online.
