Top-notch store. Huge variety of hemp products for your CBD needs, but they're also the best overall head shop in Chatt for any pipes, wraps, or accessories. Their prices are good and the staff is super helpful and honest.
Towards the beginning of Covid Grass Roots wouldn't let anyone browse inside the store, but they would sell you anything you wanted from the window / door. Was that a little awkward? Sure. But it's the reason I'm taking the time to write this 5 star review. It probably would have been easier just to close shop for a few weeks, but the lengths they went through to make sure their customers got what they needed was awesome. I remember asking the girl through the door that I needed a 14 mm connector piece for my nectar collector, expecting it to be difficult to get exactly what I needed, but she was like "oh I know right where that is, be right back". One of my favorite places to browse in Chatt. I go in there even when I don't need anything lol.

Great place with a lot to offer. As a combat vet with several PTSD related issues I went there looking for a natural sleep/anxiety aid and they delivered, the staff are very knowledgeable and I trust the products they offer 100% because I truly believe that they wouldn't offer anything they hadn't personally tried and researched first. The staff is friendly too, I called before I went there and spoke with Jessie and she was very patient and informative, answering all of my questions and when I got to the store she personally helped me find products that best matched my needs and I'm here to tell you they worked wonders for me, this store definitely has my continued business.

I love this store! Both this location and the one in Fort O. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. Everyone's knowledge of hemp and CBD is so vast that someone who is just learning about its benefits will leave with a wealth of new knowledge. Even customers that have been using CBD and hemp in their everyday lives for awhile, will still leave with more knowledge than they had before. The environment is very welcoming and comforting. You will definitely feel taken care of.

The staff were very friendly but the piece I bought there didn't have the correct sized down stem and so it does not seat properly or get a proper seal. It was a bit over priced to begin with but I figured I'd try to support a local business. Kind of regret it now.

They go above and beyond to help you find everything you need. Their CBD products have really helped me with sleeping and my anxiety. The girl helping me pick out a rig was so beautiful. I couldn’t stop looking into her eyes. She also had a beautiful laugh I’m glad I was able to hear it lol. She was really helpful and knowledgeable. We had similar interest in the peace water which is a must have for your glass piece imo.
