I went in and I purchased some hemp and I got home to weight it out to make sure it was right and it wasn't and when I called to let them know the woman on the phone got rude with me and told me that there was no refunds and that they weren't going to make it right so everyone make sure that your product is right I also told her that they just lost a customer and she said oh well and hung up I know this is not how u are supposed to run and establishment
