Alternative Health is a couple owned shop, the first real shop in knox actually. Immediately Esha and one of her employees Matt made my fiance and I feel like we were family. Since then we have met her husband Terry, who truly cares about showing members of community exactly what options they have when persuing a natural path for medicating and alleviation. Definitely the most personable Hemp/holistic shop in Knoxville.

Alternative Health introduced the benefits of CBD products to me after I had surgery on my neck. I used CBD for pain management, as opposed to prescription pain medicine. I felt my recovery was quicker andI could manage the day to day pain after the surgery easier . Esha and Terry have worked continuously with me to help find the perfect CBD strain for my needs. Alternative Health has a laid back extremely friendly atmosphere, that allows you to ask questions and learn about the many products that they have. I have been to a few other stores in town and non compare to the pricing and knowledge that I have received from Esha and Terry at Alternative Health.
PS: I'm glad that you did not open when you got the flu. Thank you so much for thinking of your customers and their families during this Holiday Season.

This place is is amazing The owner is from the old school he knows his business 💯 he's honest and helpful and he isn't out to break you! I'm painfree with money still in my pocket. I can say this much, I got brutal pain even hard steroids can't fix , this owner knew exactly what I needed off the bat. Within minutes the pain left my body. Just like he said it would. I'm alive again!!!!!
Tried other places before I knew of this place, their over priced stuff is still sitting on my dresser, didn't do nothing for me, but now I know where to go! Thank you Sir. Your a God send!!!!!!

Went on a Sunday around 3:40p and the open sign was on and the site lists open until 5p. The door was locked and the lights off and nobody answered the phone when I called. Disappointing because I love the store and products.
