Great smoke shop knowledgeable staff and very sweet staff as well idk what some of these other reviews talking about🤣 ive been looking for a place to get my 1st tattoo, this place is definitely on my list... if i can gain the courage to do the tattoo lol im very nervous!

After coming into the shop with my service dog and the intent to buy something. I was yelled at by some man that it’s no dogs aloud! I had said she was a service animal and I have paperwork if they needed to see. I was then told by the same man that it doesn’t matter and that I wasn’t aloud to shop or be in the store at all anymore. Worst experience ever I’ve never been scolded let alone kicked out for having my service animal with me. Do not recommend them to anyone and definitely won’t be going back.

The store is super neat. Alot of pieces to choose from. The only downfall is the staff is pretty stand offish. Almost as if they don't really want to help you. I felt like I was inconveniencing them pretty much. Cool store though. Probably wouldn't be back.

The service here is terrible. It's like I walked into planet k all over again. They are not there to help or inform you. Just biased employees who think they know everything and anything about smoking more than anyone. Plus the owner or who ever the guy employee is so rude. You will not get regulars or customers like that. This place won't last too long.

I really wish this place didn't have such a weird staff. They aren't rude but they are rude. Hard to explain. Its so close to where I live. But rather make a trip to Wizard Hat or something. They are very informative and really feel like they want to help you out. Maybe they will change staff soon 😔
