What happened to people who wanna work?? Practically got into a brawl over always getting there just before closing. and problems with my visa card at first and co.ing from a family who owned three stores...."Closing Time is 7pm Ithat means you lock your door at 7pm and when your POLITLITELY help those inside . Then when you've helped them you count money etc...these guys griped cause of that Never asking why, maybe people have reasons they do what they do!! We're a one car family so I have to wait till he gets home to go anywhere so I'm so sorry that 6:40 is to late and after getting JACKED on buying a Vault and $65 butter at a total over #300 cause I really just wanted one I can add to like liquid THC orNicotene ....a vape?
Anyway even after Frankie's explosion a few days ago I hurt my back and could barely walk and Frankie says his boss has to talk to me first or he can't sell me one. Manager comes out and HE YELLS at me before even ASKING what happened just took his word! I'm sorry but my back was killing me so I just told him I would go to the one by T Mobile which is Great! Just farther for me with pain and that I would NEVER return n tell all people I know that this place sucks in customer service and the customer is always right is not spoken here
At least Frankie is young and a clerk but how the manager threatened me!! I will be reporting them to whomever will listen to have their license removed however don't wanna chase it out of Kerrville Texas either! The Vape shop by Walmart and T mobile is AWESOME. Ore stuff cheaper larger selection
