I have visited this shop a few times, but I quit getting juice from here because of a disgusting aftertaste. I have been a regular vapor for 3+ years, and I was NOT impressed with this shop on my last visit. The employees seemed fine at first, but then they wanted to get an attitude about giving me prices for different hardware. I just wanted to make sure that I was getting a good deal. It seemed like a huge inconvenience for them to help me. Needless to say, I will not be going back again.

If you are the manager then I can see why I was treated so badly by the other employee. Your response was not only unprofessional, it was offensive. It is my right to make my bad experience public so that other potential customers are warned before they spend money at that store. Speaking to you in person obviously wouldn't have done me any good, because your "new policy" prevents you from effectively pricing items for a potential sale. That is just sad. I don't like to make impulse buys on hardware. I research it. I price-check (local stores and online). I can't believe that a business would be so paranoid about other area shops that they would treat people like this. As for the e-juice...it is in the trash, and I won't waste my time bringing it back to you. You guys have lost my business, and I am happy to give it to those other shops that you seem to be so worried about.

Walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody said a word to me. 2 people came in behind me and got service while I just stood at the counter. I'm talking about standing by the register, not at the bar. Maybe I should have been at the bar though. Never been here before. Maybe I didn't know the proper protocol.

Thank you for the quick response. I would have been willing to wait 30 minutes if only someone would have acknowledged my existence. A simple, " be right with you as soon as we can" or something of that nature. Two workers were with customers but it wasn't swamped. There was a man being helped at the corner of the bar and a couple being helped by the small display case opposite the bar. Other than that, there was someone eating at the bar and someone inside the bar area talking to them. One lady came in after me(I exaggerated by saying 2...sorry) and got service within minutes. Maybe I wasn't vocal or forceful enough. I'll come back though, since I couldn't find that other place. Hopefully it will go better. Thank you again for the response and see you soon.

Went a awhile back for a vape for my wife after I happen to meet the owner( super nice guy) when I walked in I was greeted instantly and Kevin was very helpful and answered all my questions and gave me lots of info. Great place.

I went in the store yesterday to buy a vape for the first time in years because I’d like to quit smoking. I was kind of out of the loop as to what I was looking for, but the woman that assisted me was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and her customer service skills were awesome. She set me up with exactly what I needed and told me of all the deals they have for the next visit I make there. Would definitely recommend them for all of your vaping needs.

All you have to do is enter your phone number at checkout and they've got your points added. I enjoy their juice selection and tastes so give it a go if you find yourself interested, or already involved, with vaping.

Best vape shop in Brazoria County! I drive 30 mins to just go to the great place in Lake Jackson. Best staff ever, friendly, informative and they remember you. Best house juices anywhere. Not to mention their reward program. Layol customer forever.

Friendly and helpful staff with a laid back atmosphere. Good selection of juice and vaping products. House juice is good also. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Good pricing as well.

Shop, workers, and customer service is amazing. Prices not so much. Juice is good but there charging premium prices for house. If they would drop juice price some they would be outstanding.

Will always recommend Innovated. Best shop I've ever been to. Awesome customer care and all around amazing people. Y'all keep up the amazing work❤
