CBD American Shaman of Lubbock

products are trash, just a waste of money! the person behind the counter was very rude & didn’t give me a proper response to any of the questions i asked. overall one of the worst CBD shops i’ve been too, if you want quality products go elsewhere!

I was told that a CBD product was eligible for a return or refund if I was not satisfied. I tried to exchange the product that was recommended. The owner recommended I try the product for 30 days. Why would I try something for 30 days when I didn’t get the results I wanted. After selecting the product I wanted, the store owed me $30. The owner refused to refund any money. I dealt regularly with this business. NO MORE! I will not go back.

I really do not leave reviews, but I have to make an exception for this place. The owner is very friendly and took the time to make sure I got the products I needed. You can tell that extensive time and research was put into sourcing the products. The ingredients are clean and labels are very transparent explaining what is inside. They delivered to my house in the middle of a thunderstorm down a dirt road. The customer service found here is extremely rare.

This place is absolutely incredible. The products here have helped with my dogs pain and made it easier for me to sleep at night. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested! Staff is highly friendly and informative!

1st time Buyer from California, Employee who answered the phone gave TOP Customer service not to mention the flower was AMAZING! 10/10 will buy from here again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly and makes you feel at home. Told her what my issues were and she helped me find the perfect product. Prices are great. I like buying from here as you know you’re getting the right product for you and they know what’s in their products. Will be a lifelong customer.

I had an amazing experience. I came in because I am having ovarian cyst pain, and the owner hooked me up with so much information on CBD and products. I am thankful for coming here because I am at so much ease now that I came and bought CBD products at this store. I highly recommend this store because they are friendly, informative, respectful, helpful, and have great deals. I am so blessed for this shop and all that they have helped me with. Their products start working immediately. If your in pain or have anxiety and stress, this is the shop for you.

The graffiti art at the 63rd and Frankford location is pretty cool. We get our dogs CBD products here and have tried a few other things. Seems to do well for them and the quality has always been good. Their other products like the gummies look to have higher ratios of cbd/thc than I’ve found at other stores around town.

Chris was most helpful and very knowledgeable . The owner and staff understand discomforts of arthritis and pain. There products are effective so that I can enjoy life like I once used to. Great vibe! Thanks!!
