Normally I would give this store a 5 out of 5 but unfortunately, the service I received yesterday deserved a complete zero! It seems like this store has a revolving door of workers but I am usually greeted with a smile and lots of energy. Not yesterday. I came in to replace a leaky cart and was treated like I stole it. I come often and have made numerous purchases and unfortunately sometimes I’ll get a bad cart. When this happens, I simply go in and a nice worker will switch it out for me. This time I was met by a guy (I wish I got his name) who continued to argue with me. He told me that his system was down and could see that I have made purchases before but not the specific items and that there was nothing he could do for me that day. Most times when this happens I never go through this hassle. I opened a cart that was leaky and drove all the way back to the store just for someone rude to tell me there was nothing he could do. So I asked to speak to a manager. He called the regional who seemed very nice and handled it. After receiving my replacement, I asked about some items and deals because I am always interested in trying new products. This rude individual clearly did not want to sell to me and was very unmotivated compared to my previous experiences. I left without making any purchases and very disappointed by his attitude and service. I was treated like I stole a leaky cart. It was actually the most ridiculous experience ever received at this store.

Every time me and my boyfriend come in, Pierce always greets us with a warm smile and a excited hello. He never fails to disappoint when introducing us to something knew and it always ends up be an amazing product. CBD Plus is so incredibly lucky to have a hard working, knowledgeable and devoted employee like Pierce! His customer service alone makes this place gold. I recommend this place to everyone and to go see Pierce!

Jeremy and david are extremely knowledgeable about the products, I'm disabled with a medical cannabis card from another state. They explained the differences between cbd and thc. I was born and raised in California around a 420 friendly family. So i can say that they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. I had an issue with a vape and they exchanged it easily. Jeremy knew exactly what the problem was before i finished explaining it. I recommend them 100%
