The employees are very knowledgeable and well experienced in vaping and are super easy to communicate with. And the options they give in juices and vaporizers is way better than any other shop in San Antonio by far. Lone star feels like another home and I will always prefer this shop to any other

I come here a lot, and I have say, these guys know what's up. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. If anything you buy doesn't work correctly, they'll take care of you. They'll fix it or replace it, or even refund your money if they can't fix it or if you dont want a replacement. They have everything from starter kits to ridiculous mods, tons of awesome flavors, and everything that anyone could possibly need for vaping. Great selection, great prices compared to other vape shops, and great people. Always friendly, always helpful. This place is the best vape shop in SA that I've been to by far. Hands down.

Really cool and helpful staff, letting you know the ins and outs of vaping. Ask a question and they answer it the best they can. They also do battery wraps for free, which is a plus, and also build coils for RDA's. Awesome shop, they also make amazing juices! Would recommend 10/10.

Customer service there is at an all time high, as soon as you walk through the door you are instantly greeted and from there on you are helped the whole way through. The entire environment and atmosphere is super friendly and great. The owners and workers don't make you feel rushed, nothing but make you feel important and that's an amazing perk especially with such a high volume store.
