It's been a month since I cashapped them 70$ for a mood matt and an iso pump. I've left voicemails, talked to an employee, and even talked to cash app customer service and I have yet to get my items or my refund. Guess I'll go back to blowing up there Instagram DM's. Miscommunication is one thing, avoiding the situation is something else. Buyer beware!

I love third coast!! This is my favorite smoke shop in San Antonio, they have everything you could ever need and crazy glass. Owners are super friendly and helpful and the whole store has an amazing vibe.

I was excited when I found this place. They appear to have everything I need. However, that excitement didn’t last long. The other day they weren’t even there during business hours. Poor customer service. No one greeted me when I entered. The kid who helped me must have not slept at all the night before because he was acting unmotivated or as if he had somewhere else to be. They have a lot of stuff but everything is marked up so much! OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE SHOP! Unless you wanna pay $30.00 for a soda or $10.00 for a Snapple drink. They are even price gouging isopropyl alcohol. They are charging twice the price anyone else charges. Total joke. I unfortunately, will not return unless things change.

Can’t give it 10 so I’ll settle with 5. Best shop in SA! Hands down best variety of glass. Make sure to check out the pendy’s and moodmat choices, I couldn’t figure out which one to get!!!!! Had to get the Pennywise moodmat though! Shoutout to the team!

Love this shop, especially when, they have the $25 Green Bear water pipes stocked. Amazing works of art here, worth checking out if for no other reason.

New Employees seem to have very little experience and don’t even greet or ask if customers need any help looking for something. They also don’t know there way around the store as if it was there first day on the job. They definitely had better customer service and employees at the OLD LOCATION. Very sad to see such a good business turn out this way.

Called on the phone to ask if they carried grav lab pipes and guy says yes and said I’ll be there in a min. Get there and ask where the grav lab pipes are and they said they don’t carry them. No mis communication at all sir. I asked a simple question and he said y’all don’t have that brand. Or it could be the guy was high af his eyes were blood shot red
