I have been in this shop a couple times, the range of product is amazing. They have everything from the basics to artisan glass. The staff was very knowledgeable. I went in yesterday looking for a dry herb vaporizer knowing basically nothing about the product, the staff was patient and knowledgeable walking me through the ranges of product. I selected the Pax 3, when I got home, started checking online reviews and videos, I could not have been happier with my selection, the product, and the guidance that was provided. As a bonus, they followed masking and COVID precautions well.

The venue is spacious and clean, well staffed with knowledgeable employees. We were quickly helped. I got everything I needed quickly, so I had time to buy I few things thought caught my eye. They have high end smoke equipment for lots of product lines. I got replacement parts for my PAX 3 on a whim. Very impressed.
This is my preferred store by far.

It was the only place open 24 hours in the N. Spring/Woodlands area, and close by at the time of the morning I went today. I have to say that I don't like at all that it's 24 hrs but you can't enter in, you order through a window & so you really can't see what's all to offer. It is a hassle having to get the guy to go back & forth to get stuff & show you. They are decently priced on some things, yet over on other things. It's an ok place, probably not going to return.

Excellent customer service as they got exactly what I needed for both myself and my roommate! I should also note they have amazing covid policies in place at the moment! They have a window and speaker with a drop box similar to pharmacies and it honestly made me feel so safe and thankful! Granted you can't go in and browse around they offer Facetiming so you can see their selection and they do let you see the products up close so you know what you're getting. I'll be back when I upgrade my vape mod!!!

I donβt even like writing reviews but I want this place to thrive because I love it so much. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever seen!!!!!! If someone asks me about smoke shops, I rave about this place only. I literally drive 20-25 min to go to this place when there is a smoke shop 5 min or less from me. Every experience has been a pleasant one. I wish I lived right next door but I would probably spend half my paycheck hahaha
