Was treated very poorly by the employees over a simple error on my part buying the wrong Kratom for my handi capped wife. I asked them to exchange it for the right one and instead of helping me they said store policy cant exchange! but the bottles were turned in i thought I had the right product? but worker was to lazy to explain anything? so I felt yes, I bought the wrong product ,but was simple mistake on my part and since I buy hundreds of dollars in kratom you would think they would try and get it right? I tried to talk to other employee he was very rude and would not even take my number down to give to his boss at first but I said was going to contact the owner so he reluctantly took my name and number, i really doubt he did? but I am hoping the owner sees this review so I can contact him or her about the employees since I dont want to name any names on here. Thanks

I've been here a few times now, and can say the quality and prices are balanced well for the tobacco products, and great for some of the miscellaneous stuff you can find there. I always walk across something that I remember for the next time, and even though it's across town, there's so much more variety (and better prices) than the smoke shop in Washington. Employees are astoundingly friendly, and it seems like someone is always available to guide me. Awesome place.

The guy that helped me out today was so patient and helpful. It was a hard day and having someone be extra nice was the best thing. There are a few guys that work there that have been great each time they've helped me. I used to hate going to Mojo's but some of you there now make me feel much more comfortable.

Absolutely love this smoke shop it's been my favorite down in southern Utah their prices are really good and they have a huge selection of product the staff is amazing and really helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

After buying a glass bowl from these people I took it home and realized it was cracked behind the sticker. I called them as soon as I saw it and the lady told me to bring it in so she could verify it was behind the sticker. I took it in and they pretty much said sorry they couldn't do anything cause the crack went pass the sticker. She said that's why we ask our customers to look at the glass before buying? I wasn't told that and wouldn't expect to have too! Not to mention it was obviously not so noticeable if it got pass me and the lady selling me the bowl. Unless it was done while she was wrapping it up for me. It seriously looked like someone tried covering up the crack with the sticker to sell it. I was the sucker that did. Lol refused to do anything for 15 dollar bowl! They might need that money more than me. I do know I won't be going back to them!

I bought 2 disposable vapes and one didn't work. They said they can't refund or exchange. I was also told the disposable vapes were $8 dollars over the phone and when I got there they said they were $12 it's not that it's a lot of money I just don't like being lied to.

The absolute rudest staff, and I never complain about rude staff. I didnβt hear the man when he asked for my I.D. And when I heard him the second time I apologized and he told me I needed to βpay attentionβ in a very snappy rude tone. Bad experiences all 3 times Iβve come in, very disappointing. Will never shop here again.

I was in the store 2 hours previous and bought a scale and when I got home it wasnβt working properly and I went to exchange it for the more expensive because the cheapies one I didnβt want in the first place the employee talked me into it and when I got there they said there was nothing they could do for me at all. I couldnβt exchange it get my money back or anything. I could get a new one from the manufacturer of the same scale I didnβt want and thatβs it. Needless to say I had to spend over 100$ within 2 hours for a product that was 45$. Terrible customer service. Unfortunately they donβt have enough competition to care about their reputation.
