Came in looking for a water pipe and e juice, she asked me my price range and found me the right pipe and recommended a good juice.

This place is great. But That's only directed to the store it self!
The issue I've had is this girl who obviously doesn't want to the there... I'm sure there's hundreds or people that would love her job..... sorry it's such a burden to work. Grow up little girl. Who I speak of is this girl that has stars painted on her face or maybe they're tattoos, honestly I'm not entirely sure.. Regardless she is taking Mike's reputation to a whole new LOW. The girl has a terrible attitude. Seems like she was born with hatred to this world or something like that. When I asked her for an item she REALLY made me feel as if I'm asking to much of her. I would have preferred getting it myself next.... I hope management reads this and does something about this. I'm obviously not the only person to write about her either. Just read the other reviews.

I have Purchased cigars for years from Mikes. However , they seem to be out of the cigar business. They hardly have any in and always say they are ordering some in. But, they never do. The gal today blamed it on Mikes wife. Whatever the reason, this is why I now Buy my cigars and merchandise online. It was so nice to have a nice place for cigars locally.

It makes me sad to see people saying hurtful things about these wonderful people. The reason they seem like they want to rush you or don't care is that you probably haven't been in there much and they want to get to know you. I go here at LEAST once a week and idk about prices on other stuff at mikes but I do know their smokes and their kratom is definitely cheaper than mojos. Once YOU learn to connect with these people on a personal level you will come to find out they remember your name and even get excited when you go in. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Bought a 3 in 1 vape set for Concentrate, Flower and Vape juice today the lady told me it works great but when I went to load up my wax it falls off the coil and does not vaporize. I called the store to take it back and they would not do you wanna exchange or give me store credit. They suggested I buy another atomizer, I shouldn’t have to I just spent The money and bought a brand new set up.

I've been to Mojo's and Cloud 9 here in St. George, dig Mojo's but Mike's was pretty rad. There was a really nice man running the store when I went in, super willing to give advice and converse with the customers. Great selection on juice. The only thing I'd recommend about Mike's is to have more employees out to make it go quicker.
