I have tried several vape stores in the area (A1, Tobacco hut, etc)one time and one time only. The biggest reason is because of the customer service. When dealing with a first time vape user there are so many questions to answer and so much education to share in order to have a successful transition from cigarettes to vaping! Not everyone has the patients or knowledge in order to help you so it ultimately leads you to fail and go back to ciggsβ¦ BUT ALL of that changed today! I noticed a new shop and went in just to look, Nancy was so kind and answered every single question I had. She shared her story on how she stopped smoking cigarettes and I felt such a relief knowing that she knew exactly what I meant, when explaining what I was looking for in the vape. I ended up spending $180 and am so excited to start my new journey. I will remember her for the rest of my life because she took the time to teach me, i will carry this knowledge for life! this means so much to me, Iβve tried for so long to quit and now I am more confident than ever because I actually understand what Iβm doing!! I go to this shop based off of reviews and what a disappointment. It is nice and clean but half of the products on the shelves are fake. Glass selection sucks. What is all the rave about? Tobacco hut is way better than this place and I donβt even like them either. Drove 15 mins for nothing smh. They must pay customers to review them I guess.
