Went in there to get a disposable vape and the think ran out on me 2 hours after I got it and when I went in to replace it they said they couldn’t do anything about it and wouldn’t give me a refund or anything. I wasted my money on a faulty vape and they basically said I was screwed…

By being a customer of the first day this establishment was opened, I had a very violent experience with a very PORTLY counter worker just for asking for a dog biscuit for my dog. I've never been threatened there until today. The PORTLY guy told me that they weren't a doggy foodbank.
I've been there at least 30 times and never experienced anybody with a bad attitude. I asked for the managers ph. number but he refused to give it to me.

Recently relocated to the area. Needed a small salt nic setup to use until the movers move my stuff. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Noah. I explained my situation to him and what I was looking for. He provided some options and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed. Noah was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Great job

Just bought three cartons from these guys, two were the wrong ones. Brought them back to return them and they wouldn't do it. Even though it was their mistake because they were in generic cartons. Buyer beware better check the cartons before leaving.

Absolutely, the worst customer service that I have ever had. I have been in the store multiple times. It seems like they have someone new each time. So, I went in there and asked this girl to help me get something from a case. I tried to haggle a better price at first. She would not open the case so I could make a purchase and leave. She seemed to be on edge when I first got there. I wanted to get what I came in there for and get to my appointment. She would not help me. I even asked for someone else. She refused and gave me a smart remark. I'm serious. After her not wanting to help, I asked to speak to the manager. She blew up, angry and left. I turned around and left the store. It raised my blood pressure. There are much better stores that sell the same thing. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

I had the best experience at this place! I knew what I wanted but not exactly how to explain it. The guy that was behind the counter with bongs and such helped me. I wish I had gotten his name. He took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand. He even told me that if I had problems or questions I could come back in. He explained things to me like my son would have. What a nice guy...!!
