Do not buy any cartridges from this place. Completely fake. I know my carts well one because that’s all I smoke that’s just enough said on that but peace of minds Buddy carts are fake. I buy mine right across the street from the vault and this time they were sold out so thinking you guys had the same one. You guys did! Get it out of the package and it’s completely different, I didn’t pay for straight distillate the oil is so liquidy it looks like syrup. This is so wrong you guys don’t fully check and inspect what you guys get and just sell to the public. Stuff like this kills people.

Horrible customer service, The person at the counter seemed inconvenienced by my shopping when I Was asking for assistance ... When I left He was dismissive and he had sold me bottom shelf product. I will absolutely not be back to this location.

I had an alright experience! The kid spoke some jibe i didn't speak, had issue with me looking at the smoke some no hands jibe... i have never had that happen. As a I502 grower I wouldnt put my products there... pricing was ok. If they have an issue with stuff running out the door, get a door man as you can well afford two.

Most of the employees lack knowledge about any of the products and I was treated horribly recently. I used to shop here all the time and the girl who checked me out was super nice and 5 stars no doubt. The blonde dude was extremely ignorant about my transaction and interupted her an I and made that poor cashier girls life alot harder than it needed to be. I did not say anything to encourage any of this, simply walked in and asked for an 8th I called ahead for and was told to make the transaction outside. I cannot wear a mask for medical reasons that I do not need to clarify to a rude budtender, she understood and he made us do the transaction outside. Extremely indecent and unproffessional, may be the last time I ever go there.

Go elsewhere.. You've been warned! Won't be going back. Staff doesn't mask up all of the even when standing beside you... They act like they stand beside their policy when in fact they are extremely hypocritical. Rules for the and not for me. Went to get a few hundred dollars worth of product.. Made my order over the phone and when I approached the counter, instead of being greeted after I told them who I was I was ignored and told to pull my mask up farther.. (This coming from the person about 5 ft away behind plastic barriers and his own mask, whilst at the SAME TIME had a budtender on MY SIDE lf the counter with the mask down practically hugging me and over apologetic as she puts her entire body on me to grab whatever product it was, something around the other side where I was standing)
I raised my hand as if i was going to heed but really never did do as he asked, but then pulled it off once he took my money. Needless to say I've been to other locations of pom and they always treat me like family, but here it just felt like you were just another number.. Needless to say I won't be going back here, they won't be getting my money again. And for the budtender who felt the need to address my mask instead of just taking the cash from my hand and letting me leave..I hope you're happy and I'm sure you'll be much safer now that I'm not there with my mask below my nose. Whoever that other chik was, she knew how to sell some product and get you out the door, whereas my dude behind the counter was a pansy sadly. Don't act scared and social distance and ask me to jump through hoops when your own staff can't even keep a foot apart from customers. Good riddens
