Really Atrocious
Satori south has the south hill on lock.top notch buds at mid range prices. The budtender Josie really knows her stuff. Always customer oriented and she will navigate you to the right Cannabis product. Thank you Josie and Satori for running one the best Cannabis shops in Spokane!!!!

It was nice and friendly service but the bud tender forgot to mention my CBC product was pure cbd when I did mention I wanted a 1:1 and got another product that was a 1:1. Spent more than a should have.

Showed up for curbside pickup of an online order, waited 10 minutes before I had to get out and go into the store at which then a lady decided to help me. The lady was very rude and answered my questions with a bad attitude like I was stupid. I will not be returning service back here.

I had abdominal surgery and I've been struggling extremely bad with pain. I was prescribed dilaudid, and that's not something anyone should be on long term. One of the gentlemen there was so beyond helpful with choosing my product! I smoke indicas, and he had a ton of recommendations. He even showed me some CBD products for the next time. I'm always impressed with the customer service, but he made me feel safe and that my well being was important to them, instead of feeling like they just want money. Will recommend to anyone I know that smokes. Thanks for the great help, y'all!

My daughter is a patient here ;) They work diligently to take care of every human that walks through their doors 💪They carry everything you can imagine for a patient. They also offer educational meetings/groups that are very easy to feel comfortable going to. There is a lot to learn. I came from a very strict military family and was taught that this plant was a horrible thing, but after educating myseself a little, I have learned and whitnessed the healing properties from things like oils and tinctures and rubs etc. I love my daughter. No parent likes to see their child in pain. My girl had a complete ankle reconstruct and will have a limp for the rest of her life. She uses a product called FLOW. She just rubs it on 2 times a day and she is managing her pain without tylenol, without pain meds and without muscle relaxers. Thanks for reading and thank you Satori for allowing me to share.
