I cannot express how amazing this store is! Knowledgeable, caring, and friendly team. I’m never made to feel stupid for asking a question, and if they don’t know an answer, they don’t hesitate to find it instead of spouting BS. Prices are within range of other local stores and they offer amazing specials/deals.
Every time I walk in, I am made to feel that they are excited to see me and they value me as a customer. I’d start listing off names, but then I’d be naming everyone on the evening crew (the only time I’ve been in).
I also LOVE the new evening security measures that have been put in place. I feel safer as a customer, and I like knowing that Craft cares about their employees
