The staff is great, but more times then not the product is weak. I'm not exactly a heavy user, so if an entire joint between the two of us gets no results...there's a problem.
Again, the staff is great. We can go to the Herbery, Main St. or High 5 and get better product for around the same money.
Do something to fix this, your the closest spot.
Also, no online marketing at all.

LOOOOOVE this spot. The employees are great and really get to know the customers. They know what kind of bud we like so when new stuff comes in they know what to recommend and what not to. I would recommend this location to everyone. We literally don’t shop anywhere else.

The staff , selection, deals and overall shopping experience of Craft Cannabis is so far above another dispensary , that even when it moved from right across the street from my home I drive half way across town , and pass multiple other dispensary just to shop there . Unless I'm out of town and I have no other choice but to shop elsewhere, I never shop st another dispensary . For example : Last night I was a little short on my total . Instead of making me put back one of my items to lower my total , Cesar reached into his tip jar and personally covered the rest for me . Now that is increadable customer service!! Such a amazing staff there !!!

Craft is hands down the best when it comes to a everything that's the best in the world right now. They have Cookies brand all the way to.the dabstract all in one carts! It's absolutely amazing! They are very nice and my grandma always has a wonderful experience when I take her there to get the good good. We drive extra far just to be at Craft, it's the future of weed store's. They have amazing dabs flower and Everything, I recommend bacon's buds when it comes to flower! It's an amazing company! Wonderful product everytime! These edibles we got from them are amazing.
