I really wasn’t expecting to run into this place. From the moment I walk in the atmosphere was uplifting and beautiful with the art and the staff Elisa, IAN,James and Joanna are so welcoming. I recommend this place if you need a break from anything!!!

Shingles pain wasn't reduced by acetaminophen, ibuprofen and gabapentin enough to allow sleeping. Ian recommended this, and with this other drugs sleeping is possible. Thanks, Ian !

I came in to get some CBD oil for my dog, & after some back & forth, I found what I wanted. I’m familiar with CBD, as this isn’t a first time purchase. The guy working first tried to tell me to have the dog hold the oil under his tongue. When I declined doing that, he suggested putting it into his water bowl for all day self-dosage. (Also wrong.) When the gal working suggested adding it to a treat for oral consumption, (good idea), he told her it wouldn’t work the same as taking it in with drinking water b/c FOOD AND WATER ARE PROCESSED BY DIFFERENT PARTS OF A DOG’S STOMACH SO IT WON’T WORK THE SAME! No (all unsolicited) information he offered was correct, & he shot down the gal with the 1 correct idea. (Woman to woman: I’m so sorry. Please find a less misogynistic job.) The product is great, wish I was local to buy it again. But definitely don’t need the incorrect info being provided to less knowledgeable customers.

This place was an amazing find. Amanda was extremely helpful plus these prices were just phenomenal. There isn't another place like this in town as far as I know. Definitely recommend going in!

A year later and these guys are even better than before! Not only have they remained with the cheapest prices in Madison, after I moved out they still have their excellence traverse even through the phone. They have been extremely generous and helpful before AND after the pandemic. If you’re on the fence about your shop in town head over to these guys. You will not regret it, I certainly have not.

Fantastic times with Quality CBD. Stumbled upon online that CBD may help relieve asthma symptoms as it works as a bronchial inhibitor. The staff were super polite and knowledgeable about the series of CBD products available for sale and their different uses. The owner recommended a full spectrum CBD cartridge for my method of administration as it would be the easiest and cleanest method to get CBD into my lungs. I have felt huge symptom relief from my asthma since using this product. I no longer feel like I need an inhaler by my side, also never cared how steroid inhalers made me feel physically and dependently, so huge for me to feel this way. Also got the mother milk water soluble CBD, also an amazing product for anxiety and inflammation. Highly recommend Quality CBD, very happy with my experiences here!

Just stopped in to purchase some CBD for the first time, lady behind the counter was clueless as to what they offered and the prices for each one. After asking her about her price match policy (very clearly listed on the front page of website) she told me she wasn’t sure and went back to her computer. After selecting the CBD flower I wanted, the lady couldn’t figure out how to operate the scale to weigh out my purchase. At that point I was frustrated enough to where I walked out. Would not recommend shopping here, can find much better prices online without having to go through the same struggle.

This shop is located in a nice space with some great art, and Natalie kindly helped me choose out products. It was also interesting to hear about the CBD production process, and from the extent of it, it's clear they care about delivering a great product to their customers.
