Vape selection and knowledgeable staff. Owner is often on site otherwise out finding new Vapes for us to try. Amazing array of delicious flavors from many different vendors. Great selection of mods and tanks satisfy most vapers needs. They also sell classic tobacco products for those who still use them

I've been to many vape shops only to get screwed over..My daughter ttold me about Smokies. What an amazing place.I still have the very 1st e cigarette I purchased. And the ones Ive bought since then are over the top.
Of course my favorite person is Sharon. More then once I've gone in there with so many (so I thought stupid questions)and she so gracefully took time to explain to me.
I keep going back because I know from experience this place and the ones who run it will be honest and never steer you wrong.

Great selection! Great customer service! I was new to the e-cigarette scene. They really took their time to get me started. I would definitely recommend visiting this store. (I love the organic liquids!)

Large selection of mods, however more expensive than other stores in the area. Two bay battery charger for $30? Got the same charger, yet a 4 bay charger from another store for $25. Also the person helping me was not very personable. Overall, won't be back, will keep going to the vape shop I have already been dealing with.

wow ! Been to over a dozen vape shops, tried probably twice as many brands of eliquid,and nothing compares to Smokies. Best customer service ever. Had what I wanted and then some. Such a clean place, friendly ,and knowledgeable staff.

My favorite local vape store, I have buying liquid with this store for more than three years now, they always have a wide selection of products. What I like the most is how they handle customer relationship, made me feel they really care!

If I could give no stars I would. First of all the woman that works there is very rude ignorant and doesn’t have any customer service skills. I simply asked if there was THC in the profiled cartridges and responded with “why are you looking for TCH” in front of customers loud and obnoxious. Second my husband asked to see the flower because it was turned upside done and agin proceeded to say “ can’t you see them through the glass “. Then she argued with me that there was no such thing as 1000 mg or 2000 mg cartridges of CBD well I just bought over a couple hundred dollars worth of CBD and found 1000 mg cart. DONT BOTHER COMING HERE I WOULD NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE.

The owner is well versed in all aspects of nicotine related products. The tobacco tastes better than commercial cigarettes and it is so much cheaper. Why pay taxes when you can roll your own pack for less than $1,50
