1st time customer...& my new spot!
They get 5 puffs instead of stars ;)
I went to my spot that I've been to many times. Long story short, I called when nobody came to the door. They did have a sign up that said something....really didn't understand it. Anyways, I call & explained what I was lookin for. He didn't know what I was talking about(I wanted a Uni)...& He had NO idea or a guess of what I explained. I figured he'd come to the door w a guess or something, but no.
I understand we have to keep our distance & all, but I didn't see anything or anyone moving inside. Dude says, "sorry man, I have NO IDEA what you are talking about."
I said, I'll go online and call you back.
So after 5 mins of not finding what I needed on their website I realized A-Z was down the block.
I get to A-Z & as you see in the pictures below they are all set upNready. I didn't get his name, but dude came out right away. I explained what I needed & he knew exactly. He ran in & came out w options! As I briefly waited I could see another employee inside looking to assist customers...
I know in today's time we have to adjust. So maybe this is a learning opportunity for my old smoke shop. If it was me I'd be following A-Z's protocol today!

Decent smoke shop. But ran into problems with a couple of the new reps selling wrong items. Double check compatibility. They did make it right afterwards tho. Good shop

Andrew and Anthony have been brilliant in helping me with my vape and CBD needs for about 6 months now. I couldn't be happier with my new vape set up, that I didnt break the bank for. Turns out I'd been burning my lungs out on a cheaper unit with higher nics, and after talking with Andrew, he educated me on how to fix this, and actually get more more out of my nic and vape with lower nic juices, and better vape set up. Thanks a lot guys, you really make it easy for a guy. They have some dope Rick and Morty merch there too, shout out to Anthony.

I've been once and everyone inside was wonderful. Customers included as they were always wearing masks and the customer service was great.
I want to love this place. Today I stopped in. Out of the 4 people inside, 3 behind the counter, 2 were not wearing masks. The customer had hers on. As employees or owners, I am completely disappointed in them. I turned and walked right back out.
This space is too small to think that compromising is okay.
I was a new customer and now I want to go elsewhere.
