Love this place, they're so nice & the store is so well kept. They're always stocked & clean, very reasonably priced & the manager even gave me a $4 discount as soon as I walked in, good towards anything I was buying. There is quite a language barrier, the staff doesn't speak English very well at all but it the staff is so kind and helpful that it makes little difference. I've never felt so comfortable in a shop like this, I can honestly say this my favorite tobacco store. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Went in to get a replacement battery. The employee who helped me - Zach - recommended a product, as I’m unfamiliar. Zach was friendly, and knowledgeable, and made the purchase very easy for me to make. Only spent about 10 minutes in the store, half of which was spent waiting as the story had a short line of customers awaiting assistance.

Lots of selection and the cigar humidor is pretty cool. I'm pretty indecisive but Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable so I was able to make my selection pretty easily. The prices aren't bad at all and pretty affordable.

I go in their weekly and they are all a bunch of great guys, all very quick to help anyone out that comes in the door. Customers are in and out in a timely manner. Very nice people who work at the store. I keep going back

Great prices and selection. Could use some more friendly faces instead of the "how fast can I get your it of my face" help that they seem to have a lot of. They are never mean, just never seen to have time for the small talk that makes people feel welcome in a business.
