I have been going through this particular vape for a couple years now, and it’s the only vape shop that use. They have such a wide variety of products on literally everything. All the employees are helpful and genuinely kind. They go above and beyond in my opinion to answer any questions I have. Very awesome business, and i appreciate them very much; as to the other shops, the employees are short and snappy, and seem irritated when I’m wanting to actually browse and I feel rushed to make an a decision. Bmv is where it’s at— their owners should be overwhelmingly proud of them 💕

Spent $50 dollars on a vape that had a factory flaw les than 10 hours after I purchased, it cooked itself. Spent thousands of dollars here and never returned a single thing. the best customer service I can get was "not my problem" from a manager.
