This location has horrible customer service. Love Kolas but these people are down right rude. Go down the street to florin perkins location. Super cool chill workers never rude always helpful.

I've been a member now of cc101 for about a year now and I got a lot of good things to say about cc101's staff ,management and ownership. Even the other members of cc101 happens to be a lot like myself have been treated well with good customer service and a good smile. Oh by the way in my opinion DID I MENTION THAT THEY HAVE THE BEST KAYA FAYA, HERBS, MEDS IN SAC TOWN AND THE PRICE IS AS GOOD AS THE HERBS . SO BIG UPS IN BLESSINGS TO CC101.

The last couple of times I've been coming to this place the bud tenders going to try to rip me off overcharging me on a $20 cartridge they were trying to overcharge me $35 it's not the first time it's happened with different Bud tenders this is truly unacceptable I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau this is a scam they tried doing to their customers I won't ever come back to this establishment and I will let everyone I know
