This is a really nice shop. It looks well taken care of, and the prices are good. However, the gentleman that was helping us on 06/17/2020, not sure if he was the owner, but he was very rude. I heard him talk to another customer about a shoplifting that recently happened at the shop, so maybe he was on edge?
We were asking him to grab things from behind the counter, and he sounded like he was bothered. We asked him for butane, and then he implied we needed to hurry because he can be helping other people at that moment, and pointed at where the butane was, which he needed to grab anyway since it was behind glass. He then proceeded to assist another customer, to which the customer told him no and that he can continue to assist us. He went to grab the butane from behind the glass, and slammed it closed, and came back to the register to check us out. At that point, my friend was going to buy a piece that was worth about $200, and decided to leave it due to this individual’s attitude.
Based on this experience alone, I do not recommend this place, however I do think it is worth giving this shop the benefit of the doubt. Lots of options in store.

BEST VAPE/SMOKE SHOP EVER. Only one staff member and he’s super friendly and very helpful. Atmosphere is very friendly and always clean, prices are great too! Mask mandate applies which is always a plus. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Never opens on time. Consistently late and is usually very rude to me. When I ask to see a product or ask for more information, it’s either ignored, or gives one word answers. Even gave me a sign one time to look at cause he couldn’t be bothered.. One occasion, I asked when a disposable vape was coming in, and he blew up at me saying he doesn’t like the owner of the company and to stop asking him, which I had asked twice in the course of two weeks.... Later when I came in, he was fully stocked of the product I asked about. How bout that?
Here it is, Sunday 11:30 and sign says opens at 11am. Place is closed and customers are walking away. He’s nowhere to be found. It’s like this every morning when I stop before work.

This store definitely DESERVES the 5 stars. I have been shopping here for a few months now and they have had everything I needed for really great prices. The owner is a really great guy. He always helps me look for the best papers, accessories, and e juice. Not joking when i say this will probably be the only smoke shop I shop at for a while. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

The service here is excellent. I have a hard time making decisions about what i want and the guy who works here is always patient and willing to help me with what he prefers and what is most popular. It is affordable and has some great variety of products. Highly recommend !

One of the owners or part owners got mad because i purchased 2 swift vapes one lush ice and one pog i smoked them and they dont have any flavor. I immediately went back into store to try to get this issue resolved. He said we dont exchange and stated to me that i dont like them this is why i want to return also stated that he will loose this transaction. Its not my fault they didnt have flavor. He gave me a return its was like being dismissed for a faulty vape pen which is not on me. I didnt have them like 10mins. He then smoked them and tasted them and claimed they had taste I live in lakewood and drive to this location off of Mississippi not a close drive. I have brougt several people here but it will be the last time and i will inform all that i have came here with his lack of manners and respect and we will not be back.
