Ordered a vape but it’s taking forever to arrive, I got antsy and should have waited… I went in because I noticed online that they sold the same brand of the one that I had ordered, just different models. I thought I’d get a middle of the road mod. I selected one and after purchasing batteries my total was over $100. I paid and left. Opened the box up in my car (which has no cellophane on it) and noticed that it had a ding in it like it had been dropped and the battery door would not stay closed. So I went back in and said that I’d like a different one, but maybe I could buy the slightly better model and pay the $15 difference? The guy helping me said I’d have to talk to the manager. Manager walks by and said “just give her a new one.” So I got the same model but the color I DID NOT WANT because the box was wrapped in cellophane. I guess it was too much trouble to take back the opened defective product I was sold, do an exchange and have me pay $20 more difference? I would think you’d want more money on sales, not less, but ok… I wish I would have just asked for my money back. Why are you selling opened (possibly used/damaged) units at full retail?! I haven’t opened this thing so I’d gladly return it for my money back. I used to come here and spend lots of money on pricy cigarettes, and this place is close to my boyfriends house. I think I’ll stay away from now on.

This is by far the best vape shop I have visited. I have been to many many vape stores over the metropolitan area and the customer service here is unmatched. Entering the store you’ll be greeted by one of two amazing gentlemen. As for the products there isn’t a single product you may need that you won’t find. Outstanding shop!

This shop has 4.9 stars for a reason, it's a great shop, it has a very nice variety of glass wheather you want something quick and cheap, or pricey and good quality, he has it all. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who also runs the shop, and he will help you with all of your smoking and vaping needs! He's super knowledge able, but the best part is that he is constantly looking to see what's hot and new so he will usually have all the new smoking devices, vaping products, anything that he sees his customers need. As of today, this is my favorite smoke shop to go to and it's an easy one to reccomend.

Bought a disposable that hit perfectly fine in store, 5 minutes down the road and it was spraying fluid without me having hit it again and then the thing exploded in my bag.

Omar and Wally are great guys. Super friendly. Someone said their prices were high, but I dont agree. Their prices quite reasonable, the variety of smoke/vape/headshop goods to sell is fantastic.... only made better by a friendly shop with friendly customers!!!! Seriously, give it a go. Great location. Prices are decent. This is the only vape shop I shop I shop at. Wally and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out my first MOD and juice based on what was right for me and not just looking to make a buck.
