I called the store not once but twice Kyle Answered the phone after 5 minutes into on hold The call Just hung up but I call back and Kyle put me on hold again but I was on hold for 15 minutes while in that timeframe I was able to get in my car and drive to the store when I Entered The store there was 2 employees that were just sitting down on their phone and mind you I was still on the phone so I hung up and I proceeded to get my items after I got my items and he realized I hung up the phone he called back I've been in customer service all my life I've never had a customer hold on the phone for 20 minutes well they play on their phone this was March 16th 2022 at 5:42
