Plentiful selection. Very helpful and informed attendant. Great prices. Lots of shops around this area and this one was the best. We went to three shops before this one and all others were not able to help us with what we needed and were nowhere near as informed. The item we bought was also cheaper at the store than I found on Amazon.

Horrible customer service . 3 of my buddies have been shopping here for years and recommended the shop ..big mistake .They will no longer return as well after the way I was treated. If I can leave zero Stars I would. I literally brought back a cheap $20 battery piece for my cartridge and I wanted to pay the difference for a better item and the first thing out of the guys mouth was no and he rudely said I don't even remember you , gave me a nasty attitude all because I wanted to exchange. no other reason. I asked him why he was being rude and nasty to me and threw my item on the counter and told me to get out of the shop and to join the "other idiots" on Google reviews. Told me to "join the list" . . Carbon smoke shop is literally 50 feet away next door at the following plaza entrance. Amazing people. Amazing atittude and they even helped me with the piece. Anybody on Google can see I don't usually leave reviews so it had to really be that bad for me to want to come on here and say something. Rude rude rude

They always have what I want in stock, the gentleman behind the counter is always Pleasant. I finally ran into the bearded man with the scruffy hair, since they only take cash I walked in there to use their ATM and right away he asked me are you buying something. And I said yes you guys only take cash. The guy with the scruffy beard obviously is a little off, but the other gentleman is nice and helpful, like I said they only take cash avoid the $2 ATM fee bring cash.

VERY GOOD SHOP... well priced and has everything you want... i called around 5 head shops for a certain product and no one had it. I drove 20 min just for the shop and they have earned a new customer... very pleased and would recommend the shop to anyone... and on top of everything he gives you a lighter with every purchase :) who doesn't like a free lighter

Worst smoke shop to go to, the guy who works there that's not the owner doesn't know how to do business. I bought an item that wasn't the correct one called 5 MINS after leaving the shop to exchange it, and he told me I couldn't exchange it. I just wasted my money on something useless and also they sell fake glass. I recommend the Carbon shop behind them, those guys are Awesome.
