stay away! I went in there to purchase the rip it vaporizer I asked him 3 times if it was the new one with the green chamber. When I got home and open the box it was the older version that they don't even sell anymore. when I called him he told me there were no returns, I was very upset and his attitude was terrible I will never returned to this place again. Not to mention it's cash only which was a big inconvenience for me.

Called to ask if they had Juul's in stock. Guy said, "no one's gonna have them man, stop calling, its annoying." First time trying to call this store not to mention I had an itch to get more glass. I know I SURE won't be wasting my money here. Absolutely crazy that some people just don't know how to work retail. If I could give this place negative stars based on my first encounter I would. Don't dare say the wrong thing or the employees will call you annoying -_- .

Every single time I've been to stirling glass not only have they been very polite with me but have actually given me free incentives such as lighters, wax containers , etc. I have never had any issues with returns or cracks in glass. I came into this and the person inside decided to being extremely rude and tell somebody when they're a paying customer unless you're going to buy it on the spot you are unable to view any merchandise and then told me to get out of his store because I told him that that is not right that every other shop that you go to allows you to look at merchandise that you're trying to acquire so I highly recommend nobody visit the shops Sterling glass it's a hole in the wall dump that is very rude the management is terrible the prices are outrageous and I will recommend any clientele that's going to go there to go next door or to go to the swap shop or Grateful J's because that's where you will get quality service and merchandise for an excellent price without the attitude I would love to write the story one star or even a 0 star but I feel that that's kind of upsetting to the clientele to see such a horrible establishment that still in business after the roof quality customer service that they put in

Dont take out cash from atm they charge you 2.50 fee and they recharged you 3 times more$ 2.50. The fee is only once but they steal This people are thiefs and ima go claim my money they stole now. Now they have my card information 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
