After going to vapor shark (very disappointing), I decided to go to vapor fi. Keeping in mind this was my first vape purchase, Ozzy was very nice and helpful. the store location and was very clean and organized. He made sure I knew how to set up my vape and showed me step-by-step how to work it. Overall, customer service was amazing, totally recommend. Super happy with my purchase! will definitely come here again.

Of all the vape places I've been to since starting, this was hands down the best. Great choices of everything you could think to need, perfect customer service.. 10/10 would go out of my way to visit again. The married couple that was working the shop was so informative and held great conversation. I'm more than pleased with my visit.

AMAZING SERVICE! The shop is gorgeous, and the owner Ozzie is so nice and extremely helpful. He takes his time with customers, and will teach you everything you need to know about vaping :) I highly recommend visiting the shop and trying out the Orange, mint and lemon blend! Sooooooo delicious! They also have lots of affordable vapes for beginners!

I am a beginner and got lucky to go for my first mod to VaporFi. This place is awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very competitive as I research other locals stores in the area. Moreover, their selection of Vape equipment, supplier, and accessories is overwhelming. I mean, so many options to choose from, I was able to maintain my budget rate lol. Most important for me was the dedication that the staff has especially Ozzy, he took the time to teach me everything, including the ingredients of the liquids, how to use my first mod, do's and don'ts, and explained what was the most healthier way to get started. Friendly service. The staff are all fluent in English and Spanish. They custom-make e-juice here on the spot! You can mix and match flavors and create your own, even.. Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere that reminds me a bit of an Apple store. Their hardware is very expensive, but their e-juice prices are fair for the premium quality of the juices. Pro-tip: If you're used to 80/20 VG/PG juices, order "MaxVG". The flavorings add up to enough PG that you will still get nice thick clouds of vapor.

So let me start by saying before arriving to vaporfi we went to vapor shark and was treated horribly ... upon arriving at vaporfi we were greeted and helped immediately I believe the gentleman said his name was randy he was extremely helpful and answered all of my husbands questions a bit him set up with the mod we have been searching for it was a lovely experience and well worth our 30 minute drive
