I had a wonderful experience coming in to pick up a vape! Ella was super friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. She had me try all the sample flavors to ensure I liked what I bought. She also made sure the vapes I bought worked before I left. All in all the customer service was top notch! I will be returning!

Ella was awesome and really showed concern for the pain I've been dealing with. She recommended some high quality kratom that I've been very satisfied with. I will definitely be making them a regular stop.

The lady who mainly works the counter is either rude, short, or condescending EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in. The other employees(the male, young blonde lady, and young lady who always wears a cap and hoodie) are great. She needs serious people skills, especially towards people who spend a good bit of money there.

The young lady sold us an item that is not the same item that's in the box and then refuse to return it stating that it would have to come back on Monday to see her boss because she lacks the knowledge of how to make a return when you have basically stolen our money since this isn't even what we were buying it's called bait and switch. She also couldn't comprehend what 90° means which is what the picture shows a 90° angle.

Bought a brand new vape and it doesn’t work. Literally walked right in the store right after I bought it and the lady said no return. She’s the manger there and did nothing after I spent 26.00 on a fake vape the doesn’t work. Let alone she had a baby in the smoke shop? Worst experience ever. Waste of money. Horrible horrible costumer service. I recommend anyone to literally drive the extra miles to a different smoke shop but this one is not worth it. I went to this one only because they had awesome reviews. But to be honest there 5 star reviews are probably just as fake as the products they sell.
